Global leadership

Julie Meyer, RDN is the founding partner of Eat Well Global, Inc.  Eat Well Global ignites change in consumer behavior through stakeholder engagement on behalf of our global food and nutrition clients.  From multinational food companies to start-ups to global health organizations, our 360-degree insights analysis drives multi-platform stakeholder engagement in more than 30 countries.


Before starting Eat Well Global, Julie was a journalist and the author of Eat Well Shanghai: Your Guide to Eating Well at Home and On the Go, a guide for expats living in Shanghai, China, where she lived for two years.  


Currently, she is the Nutrition Division chair of the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) and speaks often on nutrition and health trends at events such as Food Matters Live (UK), Israel Nutrition Week, Culinary Institute of America's Worlds of Healthy Flavors, IFT Wellness and Malaysian Dietetic Association (MDA) AODA joint conference.  Julie graduated from Tufts University and currently resides in New York City. 


Cynthia is a health and nutrition entrepreneur. She holds an MS in Nutrition from Universidade de São Paulo and an MBA in Marketing Services from Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing (ESPM).

She is founder partner and CEO of Equilibrium, a 15-year old agency that builds healthier relations through better health and nutrition communications for the supplement,  food & beverage, ingredient, beauty, and health industries.  Cynthia and her team of more than 30 professionals lead innovation projects, based on science and consumer’s behavior, along with strategic communications with health influencers.

Throughout her career, Cynthia has been considered a thought-leader on nutrition and health related topics. She’s been a continuous speaker in events such as Vita Foods, FI- South America, Supplyside and other scientific events. She currently chairs the Regional Council of Nutrition –CRN-3 (2014-2017).  In 2015, she initiated the ““Behavioral Nutrition” approach in Brazil, which provides tools to health professionals, journalists, and companies, to ensure a more responsible communication, focused not only on what we eat, but also how and why we eat.
